Ethical Agent Provocateur is a private judgement practice.
It issues final written determinations on strategic integrity, refusal, and exposure risk in environments shaped by power, influence, and manipulation.

EAP does not guide, coach, educate, or accompany.
It evaluates, decides, and concludes.

What EAP Is Not

Not a consultancy
Not a cultural project
Not a philosophy

EAP does not help clients improve.
EAP helps clients avoid irreversible error.

When EAP Engages

EAP engages when:

• a decision carries reputational, symbolic, or strategic risk
• refusal is necessary but difficult
• exposure (launch, publication, alignment, visibility) precedes certainty
• silence or non-action may be the correct outcome

EAP works before damage, not after.

When EAP Refuses

EAP refuses engagement when:

• reassurance, validation, or motivation is expected
• dialogue or iteration is required
• values are negotiable
• process is sought rather than judgement

Most requests do not proceed.

Offerings

Final Judgement (Primary)

Final determination on strategic integrity, refusal, and exposure risk prior to commitment or visibility.

Output:
A written verdict concluding the matter.
No iteration. No revision.

Anonymous judgement may be requested and is subject to acceptance.

Preliminary Judgement Artefact (Secondary)

A gated, one-page diagnostic verdict used to establish judgement position where full determination is premature.

Output:
A one-page written verdict identifying decisive risks, exclusions, and whether final judgement is required.

Anonymous judgement may be requested and is subject to acceptance.

This is not EAP-lite.
This is not a funnel.
Routing between engagements is decided by EAP.

Terms

Price is a boundary, not a service.
Fees reflect risk and complexity, not time.
Scope and duration are fixed.
Engagement ends upon delivery of the written artefact.

Fees are final and non-negotiable.
There is no ongoing relationship unless explicitly re-entered.

Engagement

Acceptance is based on judgement, not interest.

Silence indicates refusal.
